I had an excellent experience. Taylor Frommelt was so helpful, he helped me and my dad finance a car for me to get to and from work. Amazing cars on the lot. They will 100% have a car for you. Will 100% help you walk out of there with a car as we have visited 6 places before. I even drive 2hrs on the car right after getting it and runs just like if it was brand new. This dealership was very professional. Lizzy was my sales rep. She was extremely patient with all my questions. She showed me several vehicles I was interested in and helped me narrow down my selection by being honest and allowing me to test drive a few cars. When i did pick a vehicle i did have some concerns, but Lizzy assured me Morales Motors will take care of them. They fixed the low tire, detailed the car, and even replaced the bad breaks. Them doing this showed they truly care about customer satisfaction. I told them I was purchasing the car for my parents and Lizzy helped me surprise them. She put a bow on the car and brought it out right as they walked up. The whole experience was great. I definitely recommend. Shootout to Jon as well! He was the man fixing everything!
